When you start having computer problems, give us a call! We can get someone out to your site to look at the computer and get it up and running. Sometimes we can talk you through the fix right over the phone! And now, with the advances in network technology and with the wider distribution of broadband, we can connect to your machines remotely and troubleshoot some problems without even having to come to your site.
One way or another, we want to work with you to ensure that you are down for as little time as possible!
NOTE: We specialize in Macintosh support, and all things Macintosh (scanners, printers, servers, etc.). If for some reason we can’t provide the service you need, we will help you find someone who can. We maintain relationships with several vendors in the area, and we are happy to refer you to other companies if necessary.
Our primary goal is to ensure that you are back up and running with a minimum of down time.
